If you are looking to exchange a size or color of an item, please email us as soon as possible to Exchanges all depend on availability of item/size/color. Item is not guaranteed until we email you a confirmation. 

All merchandise must be new, with tags attached, unworn, damaged, or unaltered. If items do not meet these standards, it will not be processed for store credit or exchange.

All returns/exchange should be shipped back with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customer is responsible for return/exchanges shipping cost. All returns/exchange must be postmarked within 10 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange based on item condition.

Once we receive your item(s) please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your exchange or store credit.  We will inspect the items, process the exchange in our system and send you an email with your new tracking number

Original shipping costs are not refundable nor added to store credit totals.

*Please keep a copy of your receipt with your tracking number once you ship back your returns to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. That receipt will help you and us keep track of your return/exchange shipment. You can ship back your return/exchange via USPS, UPS or FedEx.*
